I have been running dnsdist-1.9-alpha3 with DoQ without any issue for 
several weeks on amd64 and arm64.
Maybe I would have named the flavor -doq and not -quiche as quiche is 
"only" a needed library to allow DoQ, so it's not that meaningful.
