Probably because devel/libdispatch has:
@conflict gnustep-libobjc2-*
@pkgpath x11/gnustep/libobjc2

and x11/gnustep/libobjc2 has:
@conflict libdispatch-*
@pkgpath devel/libdispatch

That does not make much sense...
