These texts correspond to the first paragraphs of the README.md of
icingadb and icingadb-web respectively. Even if they appear identical
at first glance, they are slightly different.
But yes, I have added a hopefully better explanatory paragraph at the
beginning.

To match the package name to the other Icinga Web 2 modules, I have
chosen icinga-web2-module-icingadb. However, if you prefer, e.g.,
icingadb-web, I am glad to change it.
