I don't run sparc64.  This arch doesn't use base-clang and falls back
to ports-gcc in "COMPILER = base-clang ports-gcc", but our lang/gcc/8
is missing features from C++20.  I used https://en.cppreference.com/
to identify C++20 features.

These ports failed because of C++20,
