If the PLIST and dependencies are the same for -current and -stable
then you don't need the extra bump to keep -current above -stable.

The usual reason for needing this in nextcloud is if 1) dependencies
have changed or 2) PLIST has changed (quirks/pkgpath for replacing an
old version).
