pylast is an optional rather than a required dep.

It's missing something for tests,

importlib.metadata.PackageNotFoundError: No package metadata was found for pylast

could be fixed with "TEST_DEPENDS= ${FULLPKGNAME}:${BUILD_PKGPATH}" or
maybe something smarter.
