https://iaxclient.sourceforge.net/ doesn't open in current browsers.
The beta version that we're currently using is from 2008 and there's
nothing newer. IAX is hardly ever exposed directly these days. Many
of the commits since import are just to let it compile with newer
ffmpeg. Coccinella (which used to depend on it) was already removed.
REVISION=32 is never a good sign ;)
