Thank you, I confirm this bug. Will draft a report later today.

If you keep a tab or window in browser, which is connected to web UI, it
will terminate by C-c, but if you close the tab / window in browser... it,
indeed, stuck.

But if you go back to http://127.0.0.1:8081/, after C-c in the console, it
successfully finishes the process.
