Straightforward update, except now at startup I get an assertion failed:

> assert ""m_refData"" failed in SetScaleFactor(): invalid bitmap

if I hit 'Continue' then it works as usual.  I believe it has to do with
my gtk theme (papyrus icons) but I'm not sure.

more testing is appreciated :)
