I received a bug report, about a missing xkb common library, looking
into one of the depending crates
( https://docs.rs/xkbcommon-dl/latest/src/xkbcommon_dl/lib.rs.html#325
) you see that it dynamically
loads libxkbcommon shared object at runtime.. which leads to an error
when starting it.

I think we would need to add a
LIB_DEPENDS = x11/xkbcommon

Does that sound reasonable?
