OTOH, if the id formerly used by _nginx now gets allocated to some
experimental stuff that is unlikely to get widely used, it's then
not going to be available when other people try to reuse a uid,
possibly for something more important ;)

fwiw I still have nginx boxes installed in 2012 and upgraded since then.
