COMMENT =       Extremely fast bundler for the web

COMMENT should start lower-case. For those who have no idea what a
"bundler" is, can that be explained in short enough words for COMMENT?
if not, please at least add something to DESCR about that so somebody
can decide from DESCR if it's any use to them. (I have some kind
of sense that it's about merging various web-related source files,
js/css/etc, into a single file and doing some kind of optimizations, but
a description from someone who actually understands it would be better)
