Newer versions of sysutils/borgbackup/2.0 depend on borghash, which is
a memory-efficient hashtable implementations as a Python library.

DESCR
Memory-efficient hashtable implementations as a Python library,
implemented in Cython.

Although devel is already quite full, I propose to add it there as it
contains similar ports.

Run tested on amd64 in combination with borgbackup-2.0.0beta14. I will
send a separate mail with a patch for borgbackup.

Please note that a newer version of py-borghash does exist, which breaks
the update of borgbackup/2.0 to beta14.
