I had noticed that p5-DBD-SQLite was updated a few months ago, here an
update to 1.76 which I had tested on -current/amd64.

 - Switched to a production version

Changes for version 1.75_01 - 2024-09-17
 - Upgraded SQLite to 3.46.1
 - Fix for Windows quadmath builds
 - Omit load_extension if static build
