I'm using an older version (v0.5.2) to import iCloud calendars and 
radical calendars (both fetched via vdirsyncer) into remind. I had
to remove the _sfun function back then. This is fixed in this version
in a more elegant way.

I tried this version on my calendars and diffed the result. It's
different in a good way. DURATIONs are now properly converted, and it
creates past entries and more distant future entries.
