I think I can be fairly confident in saying it's not going to happen.

armv7 is already slow and limited enough that it's quite painful
(especially with packages).

Pi Zero 2 W should run on arm64 if you need something of that form
factor, though it may need a little bit of work on firmware to get wifi
working.
