Hi!

I couldn't find libp11 in the ports, so here is a first draft for the
port. net/nextcloudclient needs it starting from version 3.16.0.
I'm not sure if I'm the right person to maintain it, as I don't have
the expertise in cryptography, so I didn't add myself as the
maintainer. I'll do my best to keep it up to date, but if someone
would like to take on the responsibility, you are more than welcome
to.
