It reads .env file from current work dir (or home dir of the user? not
sure), but it can be overwritten via ENV_FILE environment variable.

And I think that move /var/vaultwarden/.env into /etc/vaultwarden.env is the
right things to do, but I have no idea how to do it.

My only point that if we have two almost identical case we probably should
keep them similar.

And I like your idea much more that current vaultwarden way.
