here an update of devel/intellij and devel/pycharm to 2025.1

Unfortently out of the box it is broken on OpenBSD and I had reported as
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-184395

But I had found a hack which allows me to run it.

I have no idea what I had broke, but basic features and my usecase are both
working fine for devel/intellij.

devel/pycharm starts and opens basic python project, but it's all what I had
tested on -current/amd64.

Also, I would like to add myself as co-maintainer.

Thus, I had attached diff as gzip because it is huge, about 240kb.

Tests? Feedback? Ok?
