I'd like to commit an update security/mitmproxy to 12.0.0 in a few days.

Here a diff which updates security/mitmproxy and security/py-mitmproxy_rs as
gzip because it's huge ~130kb.

I had tested my usual usecase with mitmweb and here no regression which
includes using WG server.

mitmproxy as CLI is different story, and I see more issue by loging which I
reproted to upstream: https://github.com/mitmproxy/mitmproxy/issues/7680

Feedback? Tests? Ok?
