With CONFIGURE_STYLE=autoconf you'll get a build dependency on
autoconf but not automake. Is automake actually needed? If not
then I'd drop AUTOMAKE_VERSION. If it is needed, maybe it needs
a different CONFIGURE_STYLE, or at least a BUILD_DEPENDS.
