This update to 7-32.0 will be a required dependency 
for the next release of multimedia/shotcut, now in beta
testing.

This is needed because shotcut will use "set_consumer" in Mlt::Service, which is
a new feature included in this update, mentioned in the mlt7 change log:

I've tested this update with the beta and in-tree versions of shotcut, and also
tested it with the other consumers in the tree:

     graphics/krita 
     x11/kde-applications/kdenlive

The tests were on amd64.
