It works.

Both ports: beets and py-lap passes make test with new py-numpy, and import
of almbum also works.

Thus, py-lap needs MODPY_TEST_LINK_SO which was missed at original archive
(updated attached), and I had discovered that MODPY_TEST_LINK_SO is broken.

So, it needs also: https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=174725776129973&w=2
