Hi,

  I want to give up maintainership on databases/sqlcipher. I don't use
this port at all for anything, and the recent changes to its build and
the lack of information on how to get things compiled with OpenSSL 3.x
vs. LibreSSL has just frustrated me in trying to get this port updated.
