hi,

smallish update, mostly bugfixes according to
https://github.com/coreutils/coreutils/blob/v9.6/NEWS and
https://github.com/coreutils/coreutils/blob/v9.7/NEWS ?

all tests pass on amd64. testing on exotic archs welcome, oks too.
