The latest release of crystal is 1.16.3, where the version in the tree
is 1.15.1.

Supposedly the 1.16.x branch fixes -Dpreview_mt multithreading [1]
which I'd like to test. I don't have a means to pre-bootstrap crystal
with a Linux machine, so I can't update it myself. It looks like the
pre-bootstrapped DISTFILES are hosted on a SITE owned by MAINTAINER, so
I'm CC'ing them.

I am open to testing this updated port on amd64.
