It's nice to see a port for this. Thanks!

Tested on amd64 and arm64. Passes make port-lib-depends-check and
portcheck fine. Works OK under pidgin. I'm curious how bitlbee works
for this for those who host that bouncer. I don't use bitlbee, but I'd
expect it to work well w/ that as well.
