Hello,

Update to the latest release (I previously sent update to v0.14 [0], but
it didn't get applied).

No changes in dependencies, `--without-glib` is the new name of
`--without-gtk` flag.  Vifm never really used GTK, I was just confused
how the two relate to each other.
