[update/wip] call for testing: thunderbird 140beta

hi,

thunderbird upstream now started doing releases from the 'release'
branch of firefox, not only the 'esr' branch.

thunderbird 140 is the next esr/stable branch (named 'eclipse' after
'supernova' and 'nebula') so my plan is to:

- update mail/mozilla-thunderbird in -current to 140 when it's released
- keep updating mail/mozilla-thunderbird in -stable as long as 128 is
supported, then depending of timing switch it over 140

and eventually keep updating mail/mozilla-thunderbird in -current to
subsequent releases, but keeping -stable on an esr branch

for features, see:
https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/136.0/releasenotes/
https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/137.0/releasenotes/
https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/138.0/releasenotes/
https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/139.0/releasenotes/

140.0beta2 packages for -current available as usual at
https://packages.rhaalovely.net/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/packages/amd64/

im running those without issues so far. can send a ports diff if anyone
wants to actually build it...
