Hello,

Attached is a port of CDO, a tool to manipulate and analyse climate and
numerical weather prediction (NWP) model data.

I tested it on amd64.  Reading a netCDF file (cdo -infon file.nc) works.

Feedback and testing (on other platforms) are very welcome.

First time I ported something.  Thanks to jggimi for general porting
help!
