that's a noop and doesn't seem useful to have

and DPB_PROPERTIES usually goes near the top of the Makefile, I'd prefer
to stick to that - though not sure it's worthwhile for this port which
doesn't take very long to build

out of the two, I'd probably go with that simpler diff, there doesn't
seem a need to reformat the Makefile
