Our current passenger version will break when we upgrade to libc++19. Is
anyone using the www/nginx passenger subpackage and cannot switch to
www/ruby-puma? If so, please speak up. Absent a user request to keep it,
we plan to remove the subpackage so it doesn't get in the way of the
libc++19 update.
