tor-0.4.8.17 is out. This release provides minor new features and minor bugfixes: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/tor/-/raw/release-0.4.8/ReleaseNotes

With the attached Makefile, the ports builds and runs fine (tested quite extensively on amd64).

6 tests are failing in 'make test', but that was already the case before.
