Update net/zabbix to 7.0.17 released yesterday.

Although it looks like we didn't update for a longer time now, the
simple reason were 2-3 bugs which came with 7.0.14/15 and led to fast
following up releases. So now, about one month after 7.0.14, we're at
7.0.17.

Bugs are fixed and we're also safe regarding databases/timescaledb >=2.20.
