With py-anyio-4.9.0:

 devel/py-jupyter_server has 4 tests failed( same as py-anyio-3.7.1)
 www/py-httpx has 13 tests failed( 139 fails with py-anyio-3.7.1)

I would submit the patch to update py-anyio.
