Tested on current/amd64.

Did:
cd /usr/ports/multimedia/libheif/ && patch -l -p0 -E < /tmp/libheif-1.20.1.patch
cd /usr/ports/multimedia/libheif/ && make update clean


Ran 'make clean test' and passed 100% 3 times. (This was under privsep.)

Not sure how to test run on my potato, but looks fine.
