Python 3 has been failing to build on armv7 for a couple of bulks now,
it sure would be nice to see it get fixed.  I don't have the time to
investigate right now, but it fails with "cc: error: unable to execute
command: Illegal instruction" when linking Programs/_freeze_module.
Sadly, the logs don't show what illegal instrution it was.
