These are OK sthen@ to import if TEST_DEPENDS=devel/py-freezegun is
added to devel/reuse. (No need to send a new tar now; whoever does
the cvs import can do that).

Generally I'd avoid the version >= in RUN_DEPENDS as they're not very
meaningful (we don't support a mixture of old+new ports trees and
the versions are already above those) but don't hurt.
