I tested it as well. I only knew how to hit the podofo code path in
krename so there I actually tested the functionality. That's not the
case for Calibre and Scribus, but they still run fine. For
horizon-eda, I only did compile-time testing.

should be committed first, which I'm sure you were already planning
to do)
