Please find attached patch to update www/hiawatha to 11.8

This release is mostly a simple one that removes the dwarf from the compile lines

IE:
--set(CMAKE_C_FLAGS "-O2 -Wall -Wextra ${CMAKE_C_FLAGS} -gdwarf-4")
-+set(CMAKE_C_FLAGS "-O2 -Wall -Wextra ${CMAKE_C_FLAGS} -g")

As well as updates the mbedtls to a recent version.
