Looks straightforward, ok lraab@, but did you mean to use the rc0 version or
the final version?: https://github.com/eksctl-io/eksctl/releases/tag/v0.214.0

I see there's no difference between the two tags, but using the non-rc0 tag
seems cleaner. Maybe that's just some pedantry :)
