it looks like a missing LIB_DEPENDS+WANTLIB. The ports seems to have
pick www/llhttp while building.

As workaround, you could manually install llhttp to resolv the
dependency.

$ doas pkg_add llhttp

For net/ocserv, as maintainer you should take a look to explicitly add
www/llhttp dependency or configure the port to not pick it if present.
