[update] multimedia/shotcut v25.10
Attached is a diff to update multimedia/shotcut, from v25.08 to v25.10.
Quite lightly tested on amd64.
Highlighted new features:
* Added New > Image/Video from HTML
* Added Text to Speech to Notes and Subtitles
* Added New > Screen Snapshot and Screen Recording
* Added a Text: Typewriter video filter and New Generator > Text > Typewriter.
* Added Open With and Reload to Properties
