their tool generates .h files for /sys/dev/wsfont which aren't
terribly user-friendly.

if someone wants this as a console font, borrowing the raw conversion
bits from fonts/terminus-font (patches and their bdftopsf -r) to make
files that can be loaded by wsfontload is probably the way to go.
