[Bug][s] xorriso seq-faults with iso file

Since I installed xorriso-tcltk in 7.7, it has work great with BluRay
and raw files that are input into a pipe that builds the iso on the fly
and burns it.

When selecting an iso the tcltk gui, it finds the device and it spins
up. After spinning up it shortly fails with the report of a broken pipe.

Command line burning the *.iso file segfaults shortly after spinning up.
Both leave core dumps. I'm using the xorriso -as cdrecord invocation.

I also use xorriso-tcltk in Debian and you can browse to the *iso.
Clicking the "/" root symbol opens another window with the local file
system where you can select the *.iso. The window does not open in
OpenBSD. I also can burn *iso's in Debian.

I use to use dvd+rw tools and migrated to xorriso* for BluRay disks.
cdio (as root) and just installed Tkdvd both work fine.

I've joined the Operator group and have an rc.local invocation to set
/dev/rcd0* to 0660.

I'll check the patches in used in Debian but I wonder about Pledging?
