Port security/xmlsec fails to fetch on OpenBSD 7.8

Greetings,

I am trying to manually build port security/xmlsec but can't get past 
the fetch stage.  Attached please find xmlsec1-1.3.7.log for details.

Apparently the file does not exist in mirrors and sites including the 
master site.

The current version of OpenBSD is provided below:

OpenBSD 7.8 (GENERIC.MP) #54: Sun Oct 12 12:58:11 MDT 2025
     deraadt@amd64.openbsd.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/GENERIC.MP
