If MODFONT_WEBFILES is unset, no different from today.

If MODFONT_WEBFILES is set, make plist will complain:

  Can't put into any plist (no applicable prefix):
          /var/www/fonts
          /var/www/fonts/foo
          /var/www/fonts/foo/foo.woff2
          ...

Which is what ports normally do if you install to /var/www without
setting PREFIX correctly.
