please drop base-gcc (this wants c++17), $OpenBSD$ lines in voikko/Makefile*,
and CONFIGURE_STYLE=none (hack for old python.port.mk no longer needed in
current with py3).

those patched files aren't actually used for anything are they? (or if
they are needed, it would be simpler to patch to just use "libvoikko.so"
rather than adding the version).
