Hi all,

  Below please find attached a patch for games/qstat to upgrade it
from 2.17 to 2.18.

  Changelog (from upstream):

  * fix(hexen2): player details by @stevenh in #115
  * fix: packet_func cast by @stevenh in #129
  * ci: update github actions by @stevenh in #130

  Compiles great for me and it runs. I tested it by querying a msdsv server.
