Hello, ports.

A new version of esbuild with a few fixes. JS and CSS bundling tested
on today's amd64 snap. QP-encoded diff below the changelog. Someone
please commit if OK.

Changelog:
- Allow import path specifiers starting with '#/'.
- Automatically add the '-webkit-mask' prefix.
- Additional minification of 'switch' statements.
- Forbid 'using' declarations inside 'switch' clauses.
